Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have successfully received your order.
Processing your order takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday). If you place your order before 15:00 CET, it will be processed the same day.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a track & trace code. You can expect your order within 4 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs apply to orders under €75; for orders of €75 and over, shipping is free.
Has the expected processing and delivery time passed and you still haven't received your order? No worries. Please allow an extra 3 business days (Monday to Friday). If your order still hasn't arrived after that, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it.
Would you like to cancel your order? Please email us as soon as possible at info@rest-up.nl. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Have you received an incorrect or damaged order? Please take photos and email them to info@rest-up.nl, along with your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and apologize for the inconvenience.
